The Columbia Community Foundation is proud to introduce a new quarterly fundraising initiative designed to strengthen and support local 501©(3) organizations serving Columbia Station and surrounding communities.
This ongoing program reflects the Foundation’s commitment to fostering meaningful, grassroots impact by directing resources where they are needed most. Each quarter, funds raised will be designated to a selected nonprofit, helping support its mission and expand its reach within the community.
The inaugural beneficiary of this initiative starting on July 1st and ending on September 30th is the Columbia Food Center, a vital organization dedicated to addressing food and essential items for individuals and families who are facing challenging circumstances.
By launching this initiative with the Columbia Food Center, the Foundation aims to rally community members around a cause that impacts individuals and families. Contributions will directly support food and distribution efforts, ensuring continued access to those impacted and in need.
The quarterly model allows the Columbia Community Foundation to spotlight a diverse range of nonprofit organizations throughout the year. It also creates consistent opportunities for residents, businesses and community partners to engage in philanthropy and make a difference.
You can support this initiative by contributing to the quarterly fund. Donations can be made online via PayPal or by check payable to the Columbia Community Foundation (please include “Food Center” in the memo) and mailed to PO Box 567, Columbia Station, OH 44028.
